We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided us breakfast before the scheduled time so that we could leave early for the airport. The hotel facilities were top notch and kept clean throughout our stay. We were impressed with the location of the hotel, as there was so much to do around the area. Transportation was also easily accessible from the hotel. the staff, cleanliness, location, and hotel facilities were fantastic.

The location of the hotel was great, close to many places to visit. the staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the view. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel. Although the staff tried to fix it, it didn't get much better.

During my recent stay at Rancho Guacamayos, I had a great experience. The hotel was quiet with only a few other guests, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I want to especially mention the exceptional customer service. When I had an early morning flight and needed breakfast before the usual hours, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. They made sure I didn't leave hungry and ensured I had a pleasant departure. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and outstanding service.
